Harrow Valley Campus Store — Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt provided merchandise is in original condition with tags attached, unless the item was purchased on clearance or apparel has been worn or laundered, in which case exchanges may be offered at management's discretion. Textbooks are subject to a separate return policy: textbooks may be returned during the first week of classes, or within 7 days of purchase thereafter with proof of a schedule change, provided new books are unmarked and shrink-wrapped items remain sealed. Digital access codes and course materials are non-returnable once opened or redeemed. Electronics must be unopened. Gift receipt returns are issued as store credit only.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear. Financial aid book voucher purchases are refunded to the student account. Without a receipt, store credit may be issued at the current selling price at the discretion of the store manager. The Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return. All sales of clearance merchandise are final.
